  • Immigration Consultancy: We provide guidance and support with the visa application process for various countries. However, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any visa application, as the final decision rests with the immigration authorities.
  • IELTS/PTE Coaching: Our certified trainers offer personalized coaching programs to help you achieve your desired score on the IELTS or PTE exam.
  • Spoken English Programs: We offer interactive training sessions to improve your fluency and communication skills in English.
  • Visa Application Assistance: Our team assists you with the completion and submission of visa applications, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.

2. Fees and Payment:

  • Fees for each service are clearly communicated before enrollment.
  • Payment is due in full before the commencement of services unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We accept various payment methods, which will be outlined at the time of service selection.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:

  • Immigration Consultancy: A full refund will be issued if we are unable to assist you with your chosen country’s visa application process. For cancellations initiated by you, a processing fee may apply.
  • IELTS/PTE Coaching & Spoken English Programs: Cancellation policies vary depending on the program chosen. Please refer to the specific program description for details.
  • Visa Application Assistance: Refunds are not available once the visa application process has begun with the relevant authorities. However, a partial refund may be considered for exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

4. Content and Materials:

  • All materials provided by DreamVisa, including course content, handouts, and practice tests, are protected by copyright.
  • You may not share or distribute this material without our written permission.

5. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:

  • DreamVisa strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all information, particularly regarding constantly evolving immigration regulations.
  • We are not liable for any delays or denials of visa applications. The final decision rests solely with the immigration authorities.
  • You agree to hold DreamVisa harmless from any claims or damages arising from your use of our services.

DreamVisa reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on our website.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
